His journey took him from Campania’s Michelin-starred kitchens to Central America, where he expanded his perspective before returning home to open Il Principe. With a deep respect for his heritage and an instinct for innovation, he reinterprets the dishes of his childhood with contemporary techniques and bold creativity. His cuisine is a reflection of his travels, his roots, and his unwavering passion for the flavours of Naples.
