Matija Bregeš

Matija Bregeš is the chef of the restaurant Boškinac , whom he leads with passion and won for his creativity "Great Chef of Tomorrow" award Gault&Millau and the prestigious Michelin star. He honed his knowledge and experience by interning in prestigious restaurants with three Michelin stars such as Azurmendi, De Librije and Geranium. The philosophy of the kitchen in Boškinac is to present Pag in a micro-location and through tastes and smells using different techniques, and we look for inspiration in tradition and some lesser-known foods.
