According to sommelier Emanuel Moosbrugger, women have (and continue to be) the crucial driving force in the Schwanen’s Esszimmer. In the restaurant’s kitchen, you’ll find an extremely skilled culinary team with 13 years of gastronomy experience. At Esszimmer you can enjoy creative dishes in a stylish and quiet ambience. The charming restaurant offers a diverse 5-7 course gourmet menu. In addition to this menu, you can enjoy a new lunch dish as a daily special.

Even though Bizau is marked by its contemporary wooden architecture, it still maintains its attractive rural character. The Austrian town is flanked by breathtaking meadows, woodlands and mountains. Likewise, Bizau’s moorland is surrounded by smooth hills and the rough silhouette of an impressive backyard mountain, called the Kanisfluh. Schwanen’s beautiful and diverse surroundings make it ideal for various activities, like walking, hiking and mountain biking.
