Kala represents Mediterranean inspired cuisine, focused on fresh ingredients, pronounced flavours with modern reinterpretation of traditional dishes. Using Mediterranean herbs from our small garden and collaborating with local farmers and fishermen, Chef Dino and his team are providing high quality ingredients and harmony of flavours on every dish. Importance of sustainability and zero waste philosophy is a primary focus of Kala kitchen as is the creativity which is led by ingredients that are produced with love and respect for the land.
