At restaurant Le Vauban, chef Raymond Cornelissens beautifully presents modern French market cuisine at its finest. But that doesn’t mean that he doesn’t know his classics. On the menu, you’ll find exciting dishes as well as traditional French specialties. Respecting the seasons, the passionate chef and his talented kitchen team work with market-fresh products. Their menus are ever-changing but always extremely delicious. Next to the chef’s culinary delights, you can enjoy domestic wines, coming from the restaurant’s vineyards. The wines are served by the glass or in a bottle. Leave it up to sommelier Jenny Cornelissens to select just the right wine to go with your courses.
