JRE-Croatia Hosts Culinary Masterclass at Miele Experience Center.
JRE Croatia held a remarkable culinary masterclass at the Miele Experience Center in Zagreb, which is a longterm partner of the association, led by Chef Tibor Valinčić of the acclaimed Dubravkin put restaurant.
True to JRE’s philosophy — where innovation meets heritage — Chef Valinčić guided guests through the preparation of a refined main course: Shrimp and celeriac, featuring celeriac and white truffle cream, shrimp essence sauce, charred shrimp, and a delicate truffle mosaic film, finished with freshly grated black truffle.


Guests were also treated to two exquisite additional creations: a Wild garlic cone filled with duck salad and black truffle, and a decadent Dark chocolate truffle filled with white chocolate and white truffle ganache — both showcasing a seamless fusion of seasonal ingredients and culinary artistry.


The masterclass was supported by Karlić tartufi, who provided the finest Istrian truffles, and Ipša winery, whose wines perfectly complemented the truffle-rich menu.
