Every dish that comes out of his kitchen has a touch of history and an emotion that transcends time. He tells the story of the Franco family, the history of Valdemorillo through his own cuisine, elaborate and creative, rooted to the land, with local products from the mountains as protagonists: thyme, rosemary, lavender, lavender, lavender, oak, pine... are some of the most characteristic and distinctive flavors and aromas of his creations.
