BACCHUS RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR - GALA DINNER 2024
On March 8, Bacchus and S. Pellegrino organized the Restaurant of the Year Awards in Bulgaria, in which five fabulous female JRE chefs participated. Bacchus elegantly highlighted the importance of women in gastronomy, encouraging their professional growth.
The menu for the gala evening was prepared by five JRE chefs from five different countries. JRE chefs Floriana Ružić of Restaurant San Rocco (Croatia), Annett Teich of BK (France), Virginia Caravita of Dimora Ulmo (Italy), Lotte Sanders of ONE (The Netherlands) and Teresa Gutiérrez of Azafrán (Spain) prepared a 5-course menu designed to delight the senses. Each chef prepared a signature dish, representing their origins and philosophy.
The role of women in the gastronomic industry was the theme of this year's ceremony, and Bacchus, together with JRE and MasterCard, supports the professional development of female chefs in the culinary industry.
