Inverted Cooking Contest

Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School, Paris Monday, April 25, 2022

Concept

Our intention is to get in touch with future great Chefs – young cooks currently learning and training in the prestigious school of Cordon Bleu Paris. We also want to involve journalists (professional and specialized press, all media) with a new and special experience.

7 JRE Chefs, in duet with 7 journalists, are creating one dish each. All products are supplied by our best partners, and the participants only discover the available products on the very morning of the contest. Each duet gets the same products’ basket and picks the products he wants to cook with.

7 students are the tasting jury and chooses the duet that gets the first price.
