Restaurant Aroma again in 50 Top Italy
Vaassen - Milan, 16 December 2024. Restaurant Aroma Italian Fine Dining in Vaassen has once again secured a spot in the prestigious ‘50 Top Italy’ ranking for the ‘Migliori Ristoranti italiani nel Mondo’ (Best Italian Restaurants in the World). During the Gran Galà della Cucina italiana at the Teatro San Babila in Milan, it was announced, among other things, that Aroma was ranked 45th among the ‘Italian restaurants of the world, outside Italy’. Chef Pasquale Carfora is once again proud of this achievement: ‘The competition is fierce and so we are super happy to once again be among the 50 best Italians in the world. We will of course continue to do our best to surprise our guests with authentic Italian flavours and an unforgettable experience.’ As for the latter, the chef also received an additional award this time for his creativity.

Italian Fine Dining Restaurant Aroma, also included in the Top 50 last year, opened its doors in September 2021, serving refined Italian dishes with a focus on quality ingredients from Italy combined with a careful selection from the Veluwe region. The JRE restaurant has made a name for itself in a short time and attracts guests from all over Europe. The 45th spot on the ‘50 Top Italy’ list confirms Aroma's consistent quality and dedication to Italian cuisine.
About 50 Top Italy:
‘50 Top Italy’ is an initiative of Barbara Guerra, Albert Sapere and Luciano Pignataro, three experts in Italian gastronomy. They work outside Italy with a network of some 200 professional anonymous inspectors who visit and rate restaurants based on criteria such as food quality, service and wine list. The rankings are published annually and have a major impact on the reputation of Italian restaurants worldwide.
The respective numbers 1, 2 and 3 on the list are: Ristorante Hotel Cipriani in Rio de Janeiro, Il Carpaccio in Paris and DaNico in Toronto.
Nos 1, 2 and 3 on the list of the best Italian luxury restaurants are Villa Crespi in Villa Crespi, Orta San Giulio, Quattro Passi at La Veglia Relais, Massa Lubrense and L'Olivio, part of the Jumeirah Capri Palace on Capri.
The three best fine dining restaurants are: Osteria Francescana in Modena, Uliassi in Senigallia and Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence.
