Andela RisimićAnđela Risimić started her culinary career at Salon5 and further developed her passion at the sister restaurant Salon 1905, also in Belgrade. After her training at the prestigious Ecole de hôteliere Lausanne and an internship in Modena with none other than Massimo Bottura (Osteria Francescana***), she returned to Salon5.a.
