Trained at Erfurt’s renowned Zumnorde, he honed his skills in Michelin-starred kitchens, luxury hotels, and even aboard the Aida cruise fleet. Since 2019, André has delighted diners with his creative four-course menus, where Thuringian produce takes centre stage. His innovative approach blends culinary artistry with a deep respect for the region’s traditions, offering a dining experience that is both familiar and fresh.

I strive to create dishes that honour local ingredients while offering a fresh perspective, blending tradition with unexpected flavours.
