Bastian Ebert
After training at the Alpin Lifestyle Hotel Löwen & Strauss in Oberstdorf and working in renowned kitchens such as the Tantris restaurant in Munich, the Dal Mulin restaurant in St. Moritz and the Hotel Papa Rhein in Bingen, Bastian Ebert returned to the Schlossanger Alp in Pfronten at the beginning of 2022 to support his mother Barbara Schlachter-Ebert's kitchen as sous chef. He took over the reins at the end of 2022 and has been continuing the family culinary tradition ever since - but with his own signature, which is characterized by light, healthy cuisine and a focus on the essentials. His specialties include dishes such as country pork ravioli, smoked eel and hemp pancakes, reflecting his love of the region and his clear philosophy of surprising the palate with a harmonious composition of flavors and allowing the taste to unfold in its purest form.
