You can see and taste that! Her culinary motto is: 'Good food can only come from truly good products.' So, on the plate, high-quality products play the starring role: sun-ripened tomatoes, freshly caught fish or a piece of tangy Parmigiano Reggiano. Quality convinces, not the frills around it. Cooking is done without unnecessary fuss. The team in Hamburg-Eppendorf cooks at a top level, nonetheless. They constantly look beyond borders: the Italian-Mediterranean menu of the restaurant is occasionally refined with a touch of Shanghai or a hint of Northern Germany. Just a few metres away, Cornelia Poletto runs two other gastronomic hotspots. 'Cucina' is her own cooking school where, in addition to cooking courses, regular culinary events take place. 'Paolas' is a mix of bar and delicatessen."
