Frédéric and Elisabeth Morel opened their first restaurant together in October 2019 and are the first generation to run a family business. Frédéric Morel’s cuisine is shaped by his Breton upbringing, Creole heritage, and his life in Münster. Inspired by his mother’s classic Breton recipes and his father’s Réunionese roots, he honours family traditions while adding his own playful touch. A proud father and dedicated chef, Frédéric is deeply connected to his craft, ensuring that every dish reflects his passion for both his heritage and his guests. For him, cooking isn’t just a profession—it’s a heartfelt expression of creativity, family, and love. Elisabeth Morel ensures smooth operations, especially behind the scenes, and not only manages the Morels' family life but also runs the business of the two restaurant businesses. With her service team, Elisabeth accompanies the guest throughout the evening and ensures family hospitality and a warm atmosphere.
