Chef Fernando Michlig and his partner Luzia Schlegel are in charge of the completely reconstructed family business in Gluringen im Goms. The chef, a prominent member of the Swiss Guild of chefs, is famous for his original dishes, inspired by traditional Swiss recipes. Next to being a chef, Fernando Michlig is also a passionate and very skilled hunter. His deer delicacies and sausages are of first-class quality, drawing wild cuisine enthusiasts from all over the area to restaurant Tenne.

Food should primarily be a source of pleasure! That’s why chef Fernando puts extra love into the preparation of his dishes. His cuisine is based on classic and artisanal craftsmanship, but despite all the finesse and creativity, the dishes remain simple and authentic. Basic ingredients remain recognisable, and the unique flavour of each product is cherished. Wherever possible, the emphasis is placed on seasonal and regional products. These are combined with culinary inspiration from around the world. The wine list features more than one hundred and twenty bottles from renowned winemakers in the canton of Wallis.
